It’s amazing that whenever we drive to NY, as soon as we hit the state of Virginia and I see buildings, I automatically feel as if I’m home. It literally never fails, but seeing skyscrapers has a calming effect on me.

For this day, we took the Metro North train into Manhattan. The first set of pictures are from Grand Central Station. The station is so beautiful. There are chandeliers, restaurants, and shoe shine stations. It’s like something you would see in a movie.

We spent the day walking around Times Square, Duffy Square, and Rockefeller Center snapping too many pics lol. At Rockefeller Plaza, it was possible to go ice skating, but of course, I wanted it to be colder to do that activity.

Duffy Square, right in the heart of Times Square, has the red steps, and it’s almost obligatory to sit or stand there and have your picture taken.

Enjoy your day!
